  • Referral to Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine, when indicated

Gastrointestinal

  • Abdominal pain

  • Referral to Gastroenterology, when indicated

Hypertension

  • Diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure
  • Referral to Cardiology, when indicated

Hyperlipidemia

  • Diagnosis and treatment of high cholesterol
  • Referral to Cardiology, when indicated

Prediabetes/Diabetes

  • Diagnosis and treatment of prediabetes and diabetes
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Diabetic foot exam
  • Referral for diabetic eye exam
  • Evaluation for microalbuminuria (protein in urine)
  • Diabetic neuropathy/nerve pain

Preventative Medicine

  • Annual Physical Exams
